Call for Papers for the 69th International Astronautical Congress

on 29 January 2018

The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) is a scientific conference and space exhibition that brings together more than 4000 space actors from around the globe. The 69th edition will take place in Bremen, Germany, from 1 to 5 October. The call for papers for the technical programme is open until 28 February.

The abstracts for the technical programme can be submitted on the dedicated IAF website, following the clear instructions for authors, which can be found on page 48 of this document. Authors whose papers have been accepted will have to submit the paper by 17 September, and the presentation by 24 September.

Global, multidisciplinary, and covering all space sectors and topics, IAC offers everyone the latest space information and above all new contacts and potential partnerships. Each year, IAC changes country, theme, and local organiser, enabling everyone to learn more about and be part of the world space network.

The host for IAC 2018 is Bremen — Germany's main space city and one of Europe's major space centres. This year’s theme of the event is "IAC 2018 — involving everyone", which promotes the vision of a more diverse space sector.

More information about the 69th IAC can be found here.
